Chrononutrition Profile - Questionnaire (CP-Q)

The Chrononutrition Profile – Questionnaire (CP-Q) is designed to evaluate general chrononutrition behaviors, on both typical work/school days and weekend/free days, as well as chrononutrition preferences. The measure allows for assessment of 6 key chrononutrition constructs (breakfast skipping, largest meal, evening eating, evening latency, night eating, and eating window).
