Congratulations to Mike and Allison for presenting their work at the Society of Behavioral Medicine in New Orleans!

Allison presented her poster titled "I was paranoid millipedes were in my bed...and other reasons young adults voluntarily restrict their sleep."

Mike presented two posters: "Dual effects model of social control: Extending the Model to 24-Hour health behavior" and "24-hour health behavior: Daily influence of sleep and waking health behaviors"

Mike was also elected as the student liaison for the Sleep SIG Committee and is excited to serve in that position for the next year! Lastly, the SBM fantasy leagues celebrated a fun season!
